After three completed commissions you receive VIP status. From the fourth enquiry onward: expert assessment is free, communication is direct, and your project receives priority scheduling. This is not a loyalty programme. It is trust earned on both sides.
You complete the form and attach photographs following our checklist (minimum 5; 8–12 recommended). After the €50 assessment fee, you receive a written report within 48 hours with an indicative cost and timeframe.
After confirming the commission, you receive detailed packing and shipping instructions. DHL or FedEx with full insurance is recommended. Objects are accepted from any European country.
The object is examined within five working days of arrival. If its actual condition differs from the photographs, you receive a revised quotation. If the difference exceeds 20%, you may decline without penalty.
Work follows the agreed plan. Every 1–2 weeks you receive progress photographs. All interventions are documented. Any complication is reported immediately and discussed before proceeding.
When treatment is complete, you receive final photographs. After approval, the final invoice is issued (50% on commission + 50% before return) and the object is shipped with a concise treatment record.
Photographs taken before, during and after treatment document the object’s condition. By default they remain confidential and are delivered to the owner together with a concise treatment record.
Publication on the website, social media or in professional materials is possible only with the owner’s separate written consent.

Consent to publication is not a condition of the commission and provides no advantage in timing or price. It governs only the studio’s right to show the material publicly.
